No don't use or experiment, if the kernel or build mismatch then your tablet will stuck and may be it will freeze forever.

@Arjunbalan
It is mediatek device, to be specific it is MT6577.
you can reset tablet from recovery, if that doesn't work you can flash stock rom or a backup(if you created one) using SP flash tool.

@Arjun
I have a flashable backup of stock rom of my v3 but it's too large to upload
@Naveen
Is there any way to convert flashable backup(with sp flash tool) to flashable zip(through recovery,contains META-INF,System,data etc.)?

RE: Hcl me connect v3 struck on boot logo
I will try to explain how to install (flash) ClockWorkMode (CWM) recovery . CWM is a very useful tool for taking a full backup of your phone or tablet including the ROM. Also CWM can be used to flash custom ROMs to your device. The following tutorial is for samsung and also work for your Tab too.

WRONGLY PERFORMING BELOW PROCESS CAN BRICK YOUR DEVICE. I AM NOT RESPONISBLE FOR ANY ISSUES THAT HAPPENS TO YOUR DEVICE, WHILE PERFORMING THIS.

Here is the overall process,
1) Download and install samsung kies drivers for your device.
2) Download GT-P3100_ClockworkMod-Recovery_6.0.1.0.tar from Downloads.
3) Download Odin3-v1.85.rar from Downloads. (This is required to flash CWM)
4) Launch ODIN and select CWM file to flash
5) Boot the tablet in to Download Mode
6) Connet the tablet to pc and start flashing.

Download and install samsung kies drivers for your device from samsung website. DO NOT LAUCNH KIES.

Download ODIN Software and launch it. Do not Connect the tablet to PC yet. Click on the PDA button and browse to GT-P3100_ClockworkMod-Recovery_6.0.1.0.tar. UNCHECK Auto Reboot option. If everything done correclty, screen will look like below,

Next we need to boot the tablet in to a special mode called 'Download Mode'. Tablet will accept the flash only in this mode.
Hold the power Button and Volume down button on your tablet simultaneously for 10 seconds or more. Tablet will reboot in to Download Mode as you see below,

Press Volume up buttton to continue as screen shows.
Now connect the tablet to PC using the datacable. If samsung kies drivers are installed correctly, ID:COM box of ODIN will turn yellow as you see below,

Now Click the start button on ODIN and you can see the progress of flashing on ODIN and on tablet as below,

Once the flashing is completed, first box in the ODIN will turn green and shows 'PASS!' as below,

in next thread......

Now hold the power button of tab for some time, so that tab gets power off. Then hold power button and volume up button simultaneously to enter CWM Recovery mode,

You can navigate through CWM menu using volume up and down buttons. Use power power button to enter in an item.

note:It is also recommended to install rom manager from playstore and update cwm to latest version.

Thank you.
