The model still under warranty had an android jell bean (4.1.1) O/s. After it crashed twice the O/s was changed by the service center to version (4.2). But it has crashed again. The service center personnel maintains that this is not due to any hardware fault. It is still lying with the service center. My warranty expires on August 3, 2014. If the tab is returned with the re-installation which may again crash. Can any one suggest how to solve this problem.

This happen generally when the battery is not powerful. Due to low grade battery it drains quickly thus causing it to crash.
The few solutions are as follows :
1. Replace the battery
2. Get the PCB washed and heated by mobile mechanic
