Stuck on RCA screen, I can boot into stock recovery but factory reset dose not fix it.

Dose anyone at least have the drivers for this device? I can get into recovery system v4.2.41 on the tablet . but my laptop dose not see this device.

If the factory reset does not solve the issue then it seems like hardware problem. You might have to clean the board.

Okay, I used Gasoline and a tooth brush to scrub both sides of the board and used an electric heater to blow dry it ( I don't have a heat gun). Unfortunately, this did not change anything. When I boot the tablet up normally, it gets stuck at the RCA Logo screen. I can boot into stock recovery, and do a factory reset, when the reset is complete, I select reboot, and then it just gets stuck at the Logo screen again.

Thanks for all your help so far, this is my Daughters Tablet and if I can't fix it, I will have to buy her a new one for Christmas.
